Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days in major cities. Same-day delivery is available in select metro areas for orders placed before 2 PM.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order in your account dashboard under "My Orders".

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Shipping is FREE for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies for standard delivery and $12.99 for express delivery.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some products like medicines and personal care items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You can upload your prescription during checkout or have your doctor send it directly to us.

You can upload a photo or scan of your prescription during checkout, or email it to prescriptions@medcart.com. Our licensed pharmacists will verify it within 2-4 hours.
